Wrong Product

Damage or Defect

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a new replacement product at zero additional cost.

Fragrance Preference

If you receive the correct product in perfect condition but simply do not like the fragrance, no refund will be offered. However, you can request an exchange for another fragrance, subject to availability.
