Returns
We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged

• Wrong product is delivered

• Bottle is leaking or broken

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after verifying the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:

• The perfume has been used

• Customer changes mind

• Fragrance preference issue
